St
Gregory's Bed and Breakfast is ideally situated, two minutes walk from the centre
of Wroxham at the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
The Wroxham and Hoveton train station on the popular 'Bittern
Line', with its excellent links to Norwich and Cromer, is
only a five minute walk from the house. Its location makes
St. Gregory's a perfect base for those wishing to explore
the region, with the north Norfolk coast just twenty minutes
away by train, bus or car - as is the historic cathedral city
of Norwich, with its connections to the national rail and
road networks.
St Gregory's is a large Edwardian semi-detached
house that has been tastefully maintained, retaining many
of its original features, and providing high quality en-suite
double and twin-bedded accommodation (with wi-fi broadband
internet access). The house was used as a hospital for recovering
British soldiers during the First World War, and is now the
home of popular local artist Chris Hutchins, his wife Sue
and their good-natured dog Dawson.
